Jason Thompson

Jason has more than 20 years of proven leadership experience with sales, business development, and go-to-market strategies with innovative solution-based technologies in the life sciences, healthcare, and high-technology spaces. He understands the challenges of launching a new product or growing revenue with an existing portfolio. Jason has extensive experience with startup companies and new product launches, strategic sales and marketing initiatives, process development and execution, and coaching consultative sales teams on solution-based approaches. He enjoys solving critical business challenges with a collaborative team approach and is passionate about connecting with targeted customers through a value-added thought leadership solutions approach. 

Jason’s experience includes Honeywell Life Sciences as the Business Development Leader, Consolidated Sterilizer Systems, Stirling Ultracold, and Metrohm USA (formerly Brinkmann Instruments). As Vice President of Sales and Service at Consolidated Sterilizer Systems, he was a key contributor to launching a 510k healthcare steam sterilizer platform and relaunching an innovative steam sterilizer platform that targeted the life sciences space. As the Vice President of Sales at Stirling Ultracold, Jason led the launch of a unique technology ultra-low temperature freezer to targeted pharmaceutical, biotech, government, and university research laboratories.

Jason graduated from Cedarville College (now Cedarville University) with a BA in Biology. He earned his MBA from Wright State University with a concentration in innovation and technology.

Jason enjoys spending time with his family, hiking, nature watching, gardening, and watching football, soccer, basketball, and baseball.
