Jason Thompson Joins OffWhite Marketing as President, Strategic Partnerships

Offenberger & White (OffWhite) is pleased to welcome Jason Thompson to the team. Jason is an experienced business and marketing leader with more than 20 years of proven leadership experience with sales, business development, and go-to-market strategies. Jason started his career in the life sciences sales sector with YSI Inc. This experience led him to Metrohm USA (formerly Brinkmann Instruments), where he became the Regional Sales Director, Analytical Systems. In 2012, Jason joined Stirling Ultracold as the Vice President of Sales before moving to Consolidated Sterilizer Systems as the Vice President for Sales and Service. Most recently, Jason was the Business Development Leader, Americas, for Honeywell Life Sciences.

He is highly experienced with innovative solution-based technologies in the life sciences, healthcare, and high-technology spaces. In addition, Jason has extensive experience with startup companies and new product launches, strategic sales and marketing initiatives, process development and execution, and coaching consultative sales teams on solution-based approaches. His background gives him a unique understanding of the challenges B2B clients face when launching new products or growing revenue with an existing portfolio.

As the President of Strategic Partnerships, Jason is directly responsible for the cultivation and management of OffWhite’s diverse portfolio of clients. In this role, he manages OffWhite’s plans for business development and optimization of client relations in alignment with the company’s goals to increase digital and conventional client services throughout the integrated marketing spectrum. Additionally, he will assist with OffWhite’s transition from a sole-ownership company to an employee-owned agency.

Jason graduated from Cedarville College (now Cedarville University) with a BA in Biology. He earned his MBA from Wright State University with a concentration in innovation and technology. He enjoys solving critical business challenges with a collaborative team approach and is passionate about connecting with targeted customers through a value-added thought leadership solutions approach.
